This kind of looks like our pile of apples. We (myself, Mom and Brenda) made more apple cider on Tuesday after the wind blew all the very best, biggest apples out of the tops of the trees! We "squeezed" out about 10 gallon. It is so sweet and yummy. I am enjoying a cup of hot cider with a cinnamon stick in it right now...Mmmm! The first time we made cider this season, we got about 16 or 17 gallons. I just freeze it in milk jugs usually but this last time I canned some in a gallon jar as my freezer space is limited.
